Position Description:
The BSA will handle all projects/requests for support of primary Policy Administration systems. There will be anywhere from 10-22 projects at any one time so the ability to multi-task is critical. Will serve as a direct interface between the IT department and the business partners.
The BSA is expected to have at least a general understanding Annuity Companies function.
Position Requirements
Requirements include strong relationship management skills, knowledge of system and technology alternatives, knowledge and experience in systems development life cycle (SDLC), strong knowledge of business analysis techniques and specific experience in variable annuity products. A high comfort level in SQL skills
- (querying our databases) and an understanding of RDBMS is critical for supporting the systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
Three years+ of progressive experience SQL
At least five years experience analyzing and solving business problems through the development and implementation of business applications.
One+ year of variable annuity product exposure
