Position Requirements
What do you need to become an AGLA Insurance Advisor?

• Good communication skills / excellent listening skills
• Strong time management, organization and computer skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Ability to obtain or currently possess an active Life/Health license
• Positive outlook, self motivation and self discipline
• Outgoing personality with ability to build new relationships with a healthy network of contacts
• Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
• Valid state drivers license with reliable insured transportation
